CardZilla is a credit card that we issue to you so that you can now use Zilla anywhere cards are accepted! This means you are no longer limited to buying things from merchants that are registered on Zilla. You are now able to make purchases from eCommerce websites like Konga, Jumia, and so much more.

What is CardZilla?

To apply for CardZilla, you must have verified your identity on customer.usezilla.com. Then you can proceed to 

 to begin the process of creating your card.

How do I apply for CardZilla?

You are still limited to the shopping credit you were eligible for completed your registration and connected your bank account to Zilla.

How much can I spend on CardZilla?

You can request up to 5 different virtual cards on CardZilla. The first card is free, and subsequent cards will cost 1,000 naira each.

Is the card free?

Cards are only virtual at this time. We will let you know as soon as we begin to issue physical cards.

Are the cards physical or virtual?

You will have access to the regular payment plans:

2. Pay in 4 instalments over six weeks (one payment every two weeks).

3. Pay at least 25% now and the rest in thirty days.

4. Pay 50% now and spread the rest over two months (one payment every month).

What payment plans are available on CardZilla?

What payment plans are available on CardZilla??

We charge you a one-time 5% fee when you use CardZilla. For example, if you make a purchase of 10,000 naira using CardZilla, the total amount you pay back will be 10,500 naira. This fee will be factored into your downpayment as well; i.e. down payments will be calculated as 25% (or 50%) of the original amount plus the 5% fee.

Do you charge interest on CardZilla?

Yes, you can block your cards but you will need to contact support@zilla.africa to unblock them.

Can I block my cards on CardZilla?

Since you will be able to use CardZilla anywhere, and with merchants we do not have any partnerships with, we will not be able to issue refunds or render much help with issue resolution when you pay with CardZilla. 

Please contact them directly if you require a refund from a merchant you have paid using CardZilla.

How will refunds work with CardZilla?

You can use CardZilla at any eCommerce site that accepts Naira cards: Konga, Jumia, Uber and so much more.
