As a registered merchant, your customers will be able to pay with Zilla at checkout. We pay you immediately, and your customers pay us back in instalments.

Why do I pay charges instead of the customer?

For merchants who have eCommerce websites, you can integrate Zilla into your checkout. Please follow

For merchants who process orders manually, there are two options. 

: You can choose to add your store link to your social media bios so that your customers can easily access them. Using your store link allows customers to input the order title and amount themselves. They then proceed to checkout.

 You can manually create an order link for your customers. This allows you to input the order title and amount yourself. An order link can only be used once by the customer you created it for.

How do I create an order for my customer?

We pay you in full immediately, so customers can get their orders as soon as possible. You can process a customer’s order once you have been notified of their purchase via email.

When do I process a customer’s order?

We settle merchants at the end of every day, so sales made from a day will be available for withdrawal the next day.

After you have been notified of the refund request and reached an agreement with the customer, you can then move on to your merchant dashboard to issue the customer a refund.

When logged in to your dashboard, please; 

Track down your customer’s order and click on 

Your customer will be automatically issued a refund for their purchase, and that’s it!

Please note that issuing refunds after 72 hours will attract a 5% dispute fee from the merchant’s end.
